Laura helps to solve the communication challenges that prevent leaders and organisations from fully realising their goals. She brings executive-level management perspective and strategic communications expertise to her work, which includes facilitation, communications strategy and communications training.
An accomplished speaker, Laura has led seminars for the American Marketing Association, Association for Talent Development, American Strategic Management Institute, and the Public Relations Society of America. She has held multiple board positions, served as a Corporate Ambassador to Nairobi for Vital Voices Global Partnership, and was twice appointed by Governor Larry Hogan to the Maryland Small Business Development Financing Authority.
Jonathan focuses on helping clients to foster creativity, innovation and adaptability within organisations, teams and individuals. He uses creative problem-solving and facilitation techniques, including Lego Serious Play, Design Thinking and team building.
Jonathan is a Learning Partner at Tangent, Trinity College Dublin’s innovation workspace, a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts, a member of the Academic Council of the G5A Foundation for Contemporary Culture in Mumbai, and a global trainer and facilitator in Lego Serious Play methods. In the US, he is part of the core faculty of the Creative Education Foundation and teaches the foundation course in creative problem-solving at their annual CPSI Conference.
